1. How ViralSpark Uses AI

ViralSpark is powered by a large language model (LLM) AI backend. When you submit a topic, tone, platform, and content type, your input is sent to our AI service which generates a content response tailored to your request.

The AI does not browse the internet, access social media platforms, or retrieve real-time data. All generated content is produced based on patterns learned during AI model training and the context you provide.

2. AI Content Accuracy & Limitations

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or suggestions that are not suitable for every situation. Specifically:

• AI may occasionally reference statistics or trends that are not current
• Platform algorithm guidance is based on best-practice patterns, not real-time data
• Content quality varies based on the specificity and clarity of your input
• AI outputs should be reviewed and personalised before publishing
• The Viral Potential Score is an estimate based on structural content patterns — not a guarantee of performance

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.

3. No Guarantee of Results

ViralSpark does not guarantee any specific outcome from using AI-generated content, including but not limited to:

• Follower growth or subscriber increase
• Views, impressions, or reach
• Engagement rates (likes, comments, shares)
• Revenue or monetisation milestones
• Platform algorithm favour or recommendation

Social media performance depends on many factors outside AI control, including posting time, audience, niche competition, platform policy changes, and content quality beyond text.

4. Intellectual Property of AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs produced through ViralSpark are provided to you for your use. OberonLabs does not claim copyright ownership of AI outputs generated based on your inputs.

However, please be aware:

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique — similar outputs may be produced for other users with similar inputs
• We do not warrant that AI outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims
• You should not use AI outputs in contexts that require certified original work (academic submissions, legal filings, etc.)

5. AI Content Responsibility

You agree that:

• You will not use ViralSpark AI to generate content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violates any platform's community guidelines
• You are fully responsible for any content you publish regardless of whether it was AI-generated
• OberonLabs is not liable for actions taken by social media platforms in response to your published content
• You will not represent AI-generated content as independently written without disclosure where legally required

6. Data Sent to AI

When you use ViralSpark, the following data is transmitted to our AI backend for processing:

• The topic or keyword you enter
• Your selected platform, content type, and tone
• System context (current date, platform-specific instructions)

This data is used solely to generate your content response. It is not stored after processing, not used to train AI models, and not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. AI Transparency

ViralSpark discloses AI usage to users within the app (via "Powered by AI" labels) and in all legal documentation. We are committed to honest, transparent use of AI as a tool that supports — not replaces — creator judgment.

8. Third-Party AI Provider

ViralSpark's AI functionality is powered by a third-party AI model provider. By using ViralSpark, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by this third-party provider's infrastructure in accordance with their terms of service and privacy practices. We select AI providers that maintain industry-standard data protection practices.

9. Limitation of Liability for AI

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OberonLabs shall not be liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from:

• Inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable AI-generated content
• Platform actions (removal, demonetisation, bans) related to published content
• Failure to achieve expected performance metrics
• Reliance on AI-generated information without independent verification
